Releasing to theaters May 14, 2021 from Roadside Attractions, FINDING YOU is beautifully sweet and honestly tender. A lovely show from start to finish.

Say the word, “Ireland” and thoughts of beautiful green landscapes, ancient castles, Irish pubs filled with music and laughter, the Blarney Stone, and leprechauns—among other things—instantly pop to mind. For those who long to visit the Emerald Isle—and those who have fond memories of having visited it—FINDING YOU is a must-see film that paints Ireland as not only a dream destination, but a place of restoration and renewal.

FINDING YOU was written and directed by Brian Baugh based on Jenny B. Jones’ bestselling YA novel “There You’ll Find Me.” It stars Rose Reid, Jedidiah Goodacre, Katherine McNamara, Patrick Bergin, Saoirse-Monica Jackson, and Academy Award® winner Vanessa Redgrave.

About FINDING YOU

While studying abroad in Ireland, accomplished young musician Finley (Rose Reid) meets heartthrob movie star Beckett (Jedidiah Goodacre) shooting his latest medieval fantasy blockbuster. Sparks fly between the unlikely couple who inspire each other to find the strength to be true to themselves. But when forces surrounding Beckett’s stardom threaten to crush their dreams, Finley must decide what she is willing to risk for love.

Second Unit location photography for FINDING YOU included New York, Los Angeles, and Nashville, but it’s the principal photography that gives FINDING YOU a beautiful backdrop, tempting viewers to stop what they’re doing and book a vacation. Exclusively shot in Ireland, the principle photography included Dublin, Clare, Offaly, and Kildare, with the “village set” located in the beautiful town of Carlingford.

With a runtime of 115 minutes, FINDING YOU is rated PG for language and thematic elements.
