My T-Tapp Journey: Back to Basics

Life has been crazy around here the past several months. Besides a new facelift for BuddyHollywood, my third daughter – I have four girls and one boy – got engaged in February. With a July 30 date, wedding mode kicked into high gear at my house. Knowing I would buy a Mother of the Bride dress soon, I moved my T-Tapping from the 2 to 3 times a week maintenance mode back to 5 times a week

I decided to utilize several of the the workouts I had at my disposal and rotated through the Basic Workout, Step Away the Inches, TappCore, and BareFoot Basic. I’m sure everyone has an area of their body that is weaker and for me it is my arms. There were many times when I wasn’t able to get through all eight repetitions during the workouts. To combat that, I threw in some Butterflies, Bicep Curls, and Chest Presses from TappCore throughout the day. Now I can make it through all eight repetitions of the arm exercises during any of the workouts.

Which is Best Place to Start?

As I was rotating through my workouts, it occurred to me that not everyone can own a variety of T-Tapp workouts and some people are only able to get one. Back to Me…

About a month ago, I had a photo shoot for the back cover author picture of a book I’m collaborating on. While going through my wardrobe, I pulled out a blouse that I haven’t worn in over a year, due to to it gapping across my bust and being too tight on my arms. I slipped the blouse on and was shocked when it fit! I put on a pair of jeans and walked in to show my husband; suffice it to say that his reaction was everything I had hoped for and then some!

Two weeks ago, I found a dress for my daughter’s wedding. When I tried it on for her, she said, “Mama, you look so pretty! I can tell you’ve lost weight!”
