T-Tapp Variety Puts a Renewed Spring in My Step

Well, it’s been several weeks since I tried the Barefoot Basic Plus and to borrow a phrase from a commercial, “I’m lovin’ it!” I’m continuing to T-Tapp four to five days each week, rotating between the Basis Plus, the Barefoot Basic Plus and Step Away the Inches.

Each day, I feel stronger and leaner, with more energy. In fact, this morning, I woke up at 3:45 a.m. and – as God is my witness – the first thing I thought was, “I want to go do my T-Tapp!” I kid you not! I did just that. Of course, about an hour after I finished, I went back to bed and slept soundly for several more hours.

I find myself ‘assuming the position’ or throwing in a few Hoe-downs throughout the day, while brushing my hair, doing housework or just for a quick pick-me-up.
